Noble Grange

Noble Grange provides accommodation and personal care to up to 11 people, including autistic individuals, people with a learning disability, and those with mental health needs. The building features spacious corridors with low stimulus communal spaces and seven ensuite bedrooms across two floors, plus four self-contained apartments. The design specifically accommodates the needs of autistic people and those with learning disabilities.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe, with effective safeguarding systems in place that empower residents to speak up about concerns. Staff promptly address any issues raised through thorough investigations and referrals to external agencies including local safeguarding teams. The service supports people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff providing support in the least restrictive way possible while acting in residents' best interests.
