Risk management procedures had been improved since the previous inspection, with risks to people's health and wellbeing now properly identified, assessed and managed.

Medicines management followed best practice standards, supported by the provider's regular checks. The home maintained sufficient trained staff to deliver safe care, and the premises were clean and well-maintained. People could visit their relatives freely.
