The CQC found the service continues to be rated good overall, meeting expectations for supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people.
Inspectors found relatives felt their family members were safe, and people appeared comfortable and at ease with staff. Care was person-centred, promoting choice, independence, dignity and privacy, with leaders and staff fostering an inclusive, empowering culture.
