Netherwood Residential Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care for up to 39 older people and those living with dementia in one adapted building, with 27 residents using the service at the time of inspection. Medicines are managed safely and risks to people are properly assessed and managed. The home maintains stable staffing teams who have been safely recruited and are supported through regular training, supervision and appraisal. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests, supported by appropriate policies and systems.
