Lake View Residential Care Home

Lake View Residential Care Home accommodates up to 60 people who receive personal care support. At the time of inspection, 50 residents were living at the home. People reported feeling safe, and staff demonstrated clear awareness of their safeguarding responsibilities. Risk assessments were completed for all residents, with appropriate measures in place to mitigate identified risks. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's assessed care needs.

Residents received skilled support with their prescribed medicines. The home maintained robust hygiene systems to prevent infections. When issues occurred, the service learned from them and implemented improvements to drive better outcomes for residents.
