NEAS Short Term Residential Breaks provides personal care to up to 23 autistic people and people with learning disabilities who use the service for short-term breaks. The service operates from six purpose-built lodges in a rural setting, with 11 people using the service at the time of inspection. Staff focus on people's strengths and promote what they can do, ensuring enjoyable stays.

People are supported to take part in activities and pursue their interests in the local area within a safe and clean environment that meets their sensory and physical needs.

Staff support people to make decisions following best practice and enable maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. People receive kind and compassionate care, with staff protecting and respecting people's privacy and dignity at all times.
