Nazareth House - Cheltenham

Nazareth House in Cheltenham provides residential care and personal care for up to 63 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 48 people were using the service.

Care records were current and reflected residents' needs, with the home working to ensure all care plans contained consistent detail and personalisation. Staff had identified and recorded people's communication needs in their care plans, and sought appropriate communication aids where required to support residents in expressing themselves.

People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and daily activities.
