Morgan House provides personal care to three people, with capacity for up to five residents. Staff support people to have maximum choice, control and independence, focusing on their strengths and promoting what they can do. Residents are encouraged to pursue their interests and participate in activities within their local community, with staff also supporting them to try new things and develop new skills.

Staff help people take an active role in maintaining their own health and wellbeing.

People receive kind and compassionate care at the home. Staff protect and respect residents' privacy and dignity, understanding and responding to their individual needs.
