The Willows Care Home

The Willows is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 12 people, some of whom are living with dementia. People feel safe and are protected from the risk of abuse, with risk assessments consistently followed. The service is consistently supported by enough staff who are safely recruited and trained to support people's needs.

Staff treat people with kindness and know them well, respecting their privacy and dignity while encouraging independence. People are able to make choices about their day-to-day lives.
