Castle Grange

Castle Grange provides personal care to up to 30 older adults and people living with dementia across three units: Willow, Sycamore, and Rowan, spread over two floors. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

The home has effective systems in place to safeguard people from abuse. Medicines are managed safely with staff competency assessments carried out to monitor performance. Staff follow suitable risk assessments to manage risks to residents, and the provider conducts relevant safety assessments of the home. Infection prevention and control guidance is consistently followed by staff.
