About Moorlands Care Home
Moorlands Care Home provides nursing care for up to 40 older people, including those living with dementia or with nursing needs. At inspection, 26 people were residing there. The service assesses and manages risks to keep people safe, and medicines are administered safely.
However, people, relatives and staff reported insufficient staffing levels, which limited the time available for quality interactions with residents. Staff development opportunities for continuous learning and improvement had not been consistently implemented across the service.
