About GHC Nursing Home
GHC Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 40 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. The home is split across two floors with a large garden to the rear.
The provider has made improvements to staff training and information in care plans to ensure people receive their medicines safely and in a timely manner. Systems have been strengthened to monitor the safety and quality of care being delivered.
