Millington Springs

Millington Springs accommodates up to 42 people across two floors and currently supports 14 residents, including those living with dementia. Since the last inspection, the service has made significant improvements that have positively affected residents' experiences. Management acknowledges there are still further improvements to be made.

Residents, their relatives, and staff all feel listened to and engaged with the service. People feel safe receiving support, with risks assessed and managed well. Staff receive training to support people with specific needs, and residents are supported to take their medicines safely. Care is delivered in line with current guidance and law, with people's needs properly assessed.
