Linden Lodge

Linden Lodge provides residential care and personal care for up to 10 people living with mental health conditions across two adapted houses. At inspection, all 10 places were occupied. The service supports residents to live independently and achieve their goals, with staff proactively helping people access work and activities aligned to their interests. Some residents receive skills training to develop hobbies further. Residents reported feeling safe and well looked after, while relatives praised the exceptional care provided and the home's success in enabling independent living.

Care and support is personalised, with residents leading their own care plans and guiding how staff support them. Staff know people well and tailor assistance to individual needs, character and circumstances. The service recognises and values residents' diverse needs and protected characteristics. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and know how to recognise and report signs of abuse.
