Milverton Road

Milverton Road is a residential care home run by Voyage 1 Limited, supporting up to 6 adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. At the time of the assessment, four people lived there. The CQC rated the service requires improvement overall, a fall from its previous good rating, with shortfalls found in safety and leadership.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and relatives said their loved ones had a good quality of life and felt safe with staff. Caring, effective and responsive care were all rated good, but the CQC has told the provider it must improve how the service manages safety and oversight.
