Milton Lodge Rest Home

Milton Lodge is a care home for up to twenty-one older people requiring nursing or personal care, located in a residential area of Fleetwood. The three-storey building is accessible by passenger lift, with two bedrooms offering shared occupancy and two rooms featuring en-suite facilities. At inspection, twenty people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding practices, with clear understanding of how to recognise and respond to abuse concerns. People reported feeling safe in the care of staff members. Risk assessments were in place to minimise potential harm during care delivery, and people received their medicines safely as prescribed.
