Fleetwood Hall

Fleetwood Hall provides personal and nursing care to up to 61 people aged 65 and over. The home is organised across two floors, with the first floor specifically designed for people living with dementia and the ground floor functioning as a residential unit. At the time of inspection, 50 people were being cared for at the service.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. There are sufficient staff numbers to meet people's care and support needs, with recruitment following thorough processes. Safety is central to care delivery, with risks carefully assessed and monitored for each individual. People receive their medicines safely and receive appropriate support with healthcare and nutritional needs.
