About Fylde and Wyre Short Break Services
The service is a purpose-built bungalow set in its own grounds close to a day centre for people with learning disabilities. It contains six bedrooms, a lounge, dining area, sun lounge, quiet lounge and sitting room, with a range of aids and adaptations to meet residents' needs. At the time of inspection, 50 people were using the service, with five staying at the bungalow.
A registered manager was in place to oversee the service.
