Mills Meadow

Mills Meadow provides personal care to up to 60 people in four separate wings, each with adapted facilities for their needs. At inspection, 53 people were living there, most of them older adults with physical disabilities, dementia, or long-term conditions. The home was in the process of removing nursing care from its registration.

Residents were exceptionally happy with the care they received. People shared their satisfaction with staff who demonstrated genuine compassion and commitment to their wellbeing. The home created an environment where residents felt valued and supported in their daily lives, with staff taking time to understand and respond to individual needs.
