Woodbridge Lodge Residential Home

Woodbridge Lodge Residential Home provides personal care to up to 32 older people, some living with dementia, across three floors of an adapted building. At inspection, 28 people were using the service. Following the registered manager's recent retirement, the provider's operations management team was overseeing the home while recruiting a replacement. The service was working with stakeholders on improvements and had developed an action plan, though not all planned enhancements had been fully implemented or embedded in daily practice at the time of inspection.
