Jubilee House provides personal care to up to 25 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 21 residents were living there. The home was clean throughout, with increased cleaning taking place across all areas.

Staff followed good infection prevention and control practices, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment in line with government guidance. All high touch points were regularly sanitised to reduce infection risk. Windows and doors were kept open to support ventilation while maintaining a comfortable temperature.
