Millreed Lodge Care Home

Millreed Lodge provides personal care for up to 33 older people, some living with dementia. The home is arranged across two floors with lift access and includes communal areas such as a quiet room, lounge, conservatory and dining room. During inspection, 21 people were resident at the home.

Staff demonstrated a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and were able to recognise and report concerns about people's safety and well-being. People were protected from abuse through these robust protocols. Assessments were conducted before people started with the service, with involvement from residents and their relatives where appropriate.
