About Millcroft House

Millcroft House is a residential care home in Leeds, offering rehabilitation support for adult men with mental health needs. Full details from the Care Quality Commission's most recent inspection are set out below.

Millcroft House is a purpose-built residential rehabilitation service in Seacroft, Leeds, supporting up to 10 adult males with mental health needs. The facility features four self-contained apartments and six en-suite bedrooms spread over two floors, along with communal spaces and an enclosed garden area. At inspection, eight people were using the service.

Residents felt safe at the home and received support from occupational therapists and psychologists working toward their recovery and independence. One relative said, "I can't praise the place enough. " Staff had completed necessary employment checks, and the building was clean and well-maintained with correct infection control procedures followed.

Medicines were managed safely, and people's needs were assessed before admission to inform person-centred risk assessments and care plans.
