The home manages medicines safely and maintains effective infection prevention and control processes. People feel safe at the service, supported by a consistent staff team with strong understanding of their care needs. Risk assessments are completed and appropriate measures implemented to protect residents.

Staff receive regular training, supervisions and appraisals to maintain care standards, and residents are supported to maintain good health.
