Hundens Park provides personal and nursing care for up to 49 older people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 42 residents were living at the service. The home had implemented robust infection control measures, including safe arrangements for health professional visits with vaccination status and Covid-19 test checks.

Adequate personal protective equipment was available throughout the service at designated stations, and staff demonstrated appropriate use during the inspection. Staff had received training in correct PPE application and Covid-19 procedures. The home maintained social distancing measures and followed a cleaning schedule that emphasised sanitising high-touch points such as door handles and light switches.

The premises were observed to be clean and tidy throughout.
