Willow Green Care Home

Willow Green Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 63 younger and older adults with a range of health conditions, including dementia. At inspection, 53 people were using the service. Care plans and risk assessments were person-centred and reflected people's current needs. Medicines were stored safely and managed well, with quality audits identifying areas for improvement and ensuring people were safe and involved in their care.

The service culture had significantly improved, with positive feedback from staff, people and professionals. Staff worked well together and interacted positively with everyone at the service. There were enough staff, recruited safely with appropriate induction to ensure they had the skills for their roles. Staff reported feeling well-supported and delivering person-centred care. Systems were in place to protect people from abuse, and people were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives in their best interests.
