Melody Lodge

Melody Lodge accommodates up to 11 people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder, with seven residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff are trained to identify and report safeguarding concerns, and risks have been assessed with actions taken to maintain safety while supporting independence. The service has implemented safe recruitment practices and maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs and preferences promptly. Medicines are managed safely, and staff collaborate with health and social care professionals to support residents' wellbeing.
