Dunsford

Dunsford is a care home in Spilsby, Lincolnshire that accommodates up to 10 people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder across a main house and adjoining flat. Nine people were living there at the time of inspection.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home, and staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to report potential abuse or harm. Staff understood and managed risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing through appropriate assessment and monitoring procedures.
