The home demonstrated strong pandemic management with comprehensive policies for handling COVID-19, including support for residents with positive diagnoses. Residents and their relatives were actively supported to maintain contact during restrictions, with the management team providing regular Zoom meeting calls to enable ongoing connections with family and friends.
