About Hazell Court
Hazell Court accommodates up to 55 people across two units in its four-storey adapted building. The long-term unit provides personal care support, while the rehabilitation unit offers nursing care for people recovering from hospital stays, commissioned by the NHS. The service supports adults and people living with dementia, with 46 people using the service at inspection.
The home maintains systems to keep people safe from avoidable harm and abuse. Staff provided support enabling residents to feel secure and protected during their care.
