Chilton Croft Nursing Home

Chilton Croft Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 32 people, some living with dementia, in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 18 people were using the service.

The acting manager has worked with partner agencies to improve quality and safety. However, further work was needed to ensure all staff had access to care and risk management plans reflecting people's current needs. Improvements were found in systems for auditing quality and safety, though checks on all clinical equipment, including suction machines, required additional attention.
