Bloomfield Rd

Bloomfield Road provides residential care and personal support for up to five adults with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting five people.

The home takes an active role in helping people rebuild and maintain relationships that matter to them. Staff support residents to achieve positive outcomes, maintain their mental wellbeing, and progress toward independent living. People receive help to achieve their goals and gain greater control of their lives, with their communication needs met throughout.

People are kept safe at the service, with systems and processes in place to safeguard them from abuse.
