Anchor & Hope Care Services

Anchor and Hope Care Services accommodates up to three people with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, two people were living at the home. The service is led by a registered manager who oversees the provision of care and support.

Following previous concerns about medicine management and quality monitoring systems, the provider implemented improvements to address these issues. Inspectors found that medicines were now being managed safely and that the provider's systems for monitoring health and safety had been strengthened. All required notifications were being submitted to the CQC as regulations demand.
