At inspection, all 17 people were using the service, with two receiving help with personal care tasks. People using the service were happy and told inspectors they felt safe living there.

The provider had addressed previous concerns identified at the last inspection regarding risk management, premises and equipment maintenance, staffing, and governance arrangements.
