The provider demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices, with COVID-19 policies regularly reviewed and updated.

Staff understood how to reduce outbreak risks, and the service had adapted visiting arrangements based on individual risk assessments while enabling relatives to maintain contact through telephone and video calls.
