Jasper Lodge

Jasper Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders, housed in individual flats. People receive care from consistent staff teams who know them well, enabling trusting relationships and continuity of support. The service manages medicines safely and tailors care to individual needs, encouraging maximum choice and independence while supporting hobbies and interests. Staff apply person-centred approaches aligned with good practice, supporting people in the least restrictive ways possible. The staff team feel valued and motivated in their roles.
