Marwood Residential Home

Marwood Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 24 people in one adapted building. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. Staff deliver kind and compassionate care centred on people's preferences and wishes. People's needs are assessed and risks to their health and wellbeing are managed safely, with medicines administered as prescribed and nutritional needs met through appropriate food and fluids.

Every person, relative, staff member and health professional who provided feedback spoke positively about the service. Staffing levels ensure people receive timely care, and staff are safely recruited and competently trained. The provider and registered manager maintain full oversight of the service and take their responsibilities seriously, maintaining proactive relationships with those involved in people's care and treatment.
