Acorn Close

Acorn Close provides residential care for up to 23 people with mental health needs, some of whom also have learning disabilities. At inspection, the home was at full capacity. Staff demonstrate a good understanding of residents' individual needs, choices and preferences, and people are encouraged to make decisions about their own care. Staff gain consent before providing personal care and work to protect and promote residents' privacy and dignity. People receive care from staff they know well, supporting familiarity and trust in their relationships with caregivers.
