Manton Hall

Manton Hall provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 older people, with 32 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service ensures people receive safe care protected against avoidable harm, neglect and discrimination. Staff conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to reduce identified risks, while all staff members are safely recruited and the home maintains sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' care needs. Medicines are managed safely with robust systems in place to control and prevent the spread of infection. The service assesses people's needs before admission and provides staff with comprehensive induction training.
