The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that staff were kind, skilled and knew people well, and that management had strong oversight with effective systems to meet people's care needs. Medicines were managed safely and risks were well mitigated.

People and relatives spoke very positively about their care, describing staff as caring, kind and attentive, with good involvement in care planning and access to healthcare professionals when needed. Inspectors found a good learning culture, with concerns investigated thoroughly, and no complaints at the time of the assessment. Everyone spoken with said they would recommend the home.
