Ridgeway Residential Home

Ridgeway Residential Home provides personal care, without nursing, for up to 15 people over retirement age who may be living with dementia or have a physical disability. Twelve people were living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, unchanged from its previous inspection.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff described as kind and attentive. There were enough staff, who knew people well and gave them time and choice in their daily routines. People's independence and dignity were respected, and no significant shortfalls were identified.
