Care is delivered with a strong Christian ethos, focusing on holistic approaches and best practice.

Residents and relatives consistently praised the home highly. People described staff as "amazing," "very kind, caring and funny," saying "they can't do enough for you" and "it's like being on holiday. " One relative noted staff were "checking on [person's name] constantly.

" Staff interact unhurried at residents' pace, joking and laughing together while developing genuine relationships that encourage people to speak up. The home has been recommended as one of the top 20 care home groups nationally, with relatives calling the service "fantastic" and "the best home ever. " Residents and families are actively supported to have a say in how the service operates.
