Radway Lodge Residential Home

This residential home provides personal care for up to 15 older people in an older building set over two floors with a large lounge, separate dining room and beautiful gardens. At the time of inspection, 12 people were living at the service.

People were safe at the home and staff demonstrated good knowledge of how to protect people from harm. Medicines management was good with staff administering medicines as prescribed. The provider was recommended to review procedures for recording verbal dose changes and handwritten medicines records to ensure best practice guidance is consistently followed.
