The home features ground floor accommodation with en-suite bedrooms, two communal lounges, a dining room, and a large internal courtyard garden. At inspection, 49 people were living there.

Recent management changes have improved the service, with a new registered manager boosting staff morale and implementing improvements in areas like staff supervision. The home maintains quality assurance systems to monitor the service and has procedures to investigate accidents, incidents, and complaints, keeping people and relatives informed of outcomes.

Staff understand how to manage risks to people's health and wellbeing. Staffing levels are allocated based on individual needs, with regular agency staff covering absences. An activities coordinator has recently been recruited to enhance the range of activities available to residents.
