Inspectors found the home was meeting expectations overall, with a proactive registered manager, thorough risk assessments and safeguarding practices, and staff who treated people with kindness and respect. Care was person-centred, with strong links to healthcare professionals and a calm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Some areas needed attention: staff were not always present in communal areas when external doors were open, and improvements were planned for medicines guidance and recording. The environment was clean but some parts needed updating. Overall, the CQC rated the home Good, noting effective leadership and a strong culture of learning and improvement.
