Madeleine House

Madeleine House is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 41 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 37 people were living at the home.

Visitors were screened for Covid-19 symptoms and required to complete a lateral flow test upon arrival to ensure visits could proceed safely. The home supported residents to maintain contact with family members through virtual meetings and events, including a virtual Christmas carol concert. Perspex screens were used during some visits to facilitate safe face-to-face contact between residents and their families.
