Visitors were screened for Covid-19 symptoms and required to complete a lateral flow test upon arrival to ensure visits could proceed safely. The home supported residents to maintain contact with family members through virtual meetings and events, including a virtual Christmas carol concert. Perspex screens were used during some visits to facilitate safe face-to-face contact between residents and their families.
