Briarscroft provides personal care for up to 66 people across four separate units, two of which are dedicated to people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were residing at the home.

Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, wearing masks and visors in line with government guidance and changing uniforms at the workplace to minimise infection spread. All staff had received training on COVID-19 signs, symptoms and management, as well as proper donning and doffing of personal protective equipment.
