Lynton Hall Care Home

Lynton Hall Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 51 people, supporting older people living with dementia and those with physical care needs. The service is arranged over two floors, each with separate adapted facilities. At inspection, 41 people were using the service.

People felt safe at the home and their care and support needs were properly assessed, with staff working to meet them. Robust recruitment procedures were in place and staffing levels were adequate to support people safely. Staff had access to necessary equipment for infection control, and appropriate systems ensured medicines were managed safely. People were empowered to make decisions about their care, with their wishes and dietary requirements respected and acted upon. Staff received ongoing support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
