Inspectors found breaches relating to staffing levels and governance, with incomplete training records, missed staff supervision, and gaps in care and monitoring records.

Despite this, people told inspectors they felt safe and well cared for, describing staff as kind, caring and respectful of their independence. Care planning was detailed and person centred, and people had good access to health professionals and family visits. Feedback on activities and staffing levels was mixed, with some relatives noting staff were often stretched.
