Lyngate Care Home

Lyngate Care Home accommodates up to 41 adults requiring personal care in the Deane area of Bolton. At inspection, 29 people were using the service. The home has made significant improvements to its medicines systems, which are now safe with complete and up-to-date records. Personal care documentation and risk assessments have also improved, becoming more comprehensive and accurate. Staff respect people's dignity, and residents are well-presented and comfortable. People reported being well looked after, with staff treating them kindly and speaking to them in a friendly manner. The home involves residents and their families in all aspects of care planning and support, and has safeguarding systems in place to protect people from abuse. Required health and safety records are complete and current.
