Lyndon Croft

Lyndon Croft is a purpose built care home providing personal care for up to 53 people, supporting older people, younger adults and people living with dementia. At the time of assessment, 45 people were being supported. The CQC rated the service Good overall.

Most people and relatives felt safe and spoke positively about staff, though inspectors found some staff lacked sufficient guidance to support people safely, and quality monitoring systems had not identified all issues. Involvement in support plans was inconsistent, and some relatives raised concerns about communication and weekend access, though complaints were generally handled well.
